500 grams Chicken Breast diced or sliced. 2cm piece of ginger peeled and grated. 1 long red chilli finely sliced. 1 red or green Capsicum sliced. 1 cup of sugar snap peas or snow peas. 1 Carrot peeled and sliced. 2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce. 1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce. Add your ginger, garlic, onions and chilli to the wok and cook for about 30 secs or until combined.
